My new 36volt battery checks 40volts out of the box. Is this a problem? What can I do to fix it?
Got my new 36V 105Ah battery out to charge before installing in my golf cart, checked the voltage with multimeter and it was 35V and has slowly dropped while charging. Everything is connected properly. The fan on charger came on for a few seconds and shut off, nothing ever changed on the charge side other than the battery display indicates 93% charged and 39.9V, but nothing ever changes. The charger does blink red which indicates it is charging. Also I tried to “bind” my phone number in the app but it keeps telling me I have a telephone format error, please tell me the format for the phone numbe
