1. Where do you ship from?

  • We have warehouses in the US, located in CA. Usually the battery will be sent out within 1 working days after you place the order.


2. How soon can I get the battery after placing an order?

  • We’ll arrange the shipment for your order the next business day after you place your order. update the logistics tracking number within 2 working days.
  • In general, if you are located in the western US, you will usually expect to receive your packages within 1-3 working days.
  • If your address is in the central US, you will usually expect to receive your package within 3-5 working days. For the eastern part of the US, it usually takes 4-8 working days to receive the package


3. The battery has been shipped but not received, where can I find my battery?

  • We currently cooperate with the courier company is FedEx, after delivery we will inform you of the waybill number, you can always check the progress of the waybill on the FedEx website.
  • If you have not received your package for delivery, please contact info@cloudenergybatteries.com to help confirm that they have delivered your package to the correct address. And please help to check if your family or neighbors have received your package.
  • Please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to support you in finding the product.


4. Where can I get a return label if I want to return it?

  • If you are returning the battery, we will help you with the return and we will send you a pre-paid label the next business day after receiving your confirmation.
  • Alternatively, if you have returned the battery yourself, please also provide us with the tracking number for the returned battery. We will arrange a refund for you within 48 hours of receiving the battery.
  • We hope you are satisfied with our products and services!


5. What should I do if my package is damaged or defective?

  • We have analyzed and tested each battery before it is ready for sale. However, sometimes batteries can be damaged or defective due to improper handling during shipping or delivery.
  • If, unfortunately, the battery you received is damaged or defective, don't worry, feel free to contact us at info@cloudenergybatteries.com. We will always try our best to provide you with the best solution.
7. Are Cloudenergy batteries waterproof?

  • All of our Cloudenergy LiFePO4 batteries are IP54 rated and are recommended for indoor installation.
  • However, when charging or discharging the battery, be careful not to let the terminal studs or terminals come into contact with water, which may damage the battery.

 

8. Are Cloudenergy batteries suitable for trolling motors?

  • If the load you are using contains trolling motor, the maximum continuous output current of our battery must be twice of the motor.
  • Otherwise, our batteries cannot run your device. You can also consult us about this issue before purchasing the product, our engineers will give you the advice.
