We only ship orders to Continental US.
All our products are ship from US warehouse. We currently have warehouses in Los Angeles
Currently we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
2. How soon can I get the battery after placing an order?
We’ll arrange the shipment for your order the next business day after you place your order. update the logistics tracking number within 2 working days.
In general, if you are located in the western US, you will usually expect to receive your packages within 1-3 working days. If your address is in the central US, you will usually expect to receive your package within 3-5 working days. For the eastern part of the US, it usually takes 4-8 working days to receive the package.
3. Where can I get a return label if I want to return it?
If you are returning the battery, we will help you with the return and we will send you a pre-paid label the next business day after receiving your confirmation.
Alternatively, if you have returned the battery yourself, please also provide us with the tracking number for the returned battery. We will arrange a refund for you within 48 hours of receiving the battery.

4. What should I do if my package is damaged or defective?
We have analyzed and tested each battery before it is ready for sale. However, sometimes batteries can be damaged or defective due to improper handling during shipping or delivery.
